Reaction to “Critical Thinking: The Soul of Communication”

Communication in the workplace is important and I feel like it will impact me as a leader because with good communication, it will boost employee morale, improves productivity, improves teamwork, and resolves any issues that arise.

Leading a team with good relationship will drive better results and we will be working longer-term and for many years to come, driving innovation. Critical thinking will always be relevant no matter your profession as it promotes creativity, and it is the key for a good leader.

For a society to evolve, we must establish opinions right and wrongs by using critical thinking. Ability to think reasonably, backed by evidence and logic instead of personal bias, subjective opinions, and ego.

For example, a combat medic analyses the injured soldiers and decides the order by which the patients should be treated, or worst case put to rest as the injuries he have sustain is too serious and deemed unsavable.
